DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
In the event of any discrepancy between this contract (policy) prepared in the Turkish language and any translated version, the Turkish text shall prevail.
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ("Product/Products") listed below, which the Buyer (Consumer) wishes to purchase by placing an order on the Seller's electronic commerce website www.botegomilano.com ("Website"). The Buyer's payment for the Product(s) they ordered is collected by the chosen payment method after the Buyer approves this Agreement on the Website.

Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) with the following qualifications and sales price, which the Consumer has ordered electronically from the www.botegomilano.com website. The Type, Quantity, Brand/Model, Color, Unit Price, and Payment Method of the Product/Service are as specified on the website, and these promises may be subject to change without notice to the buyer.

Order and Delivery
3.1 The Buyer, by confirming the order placed on the www.botegomilano.com website, is deemed to have accepted the price, payment terms, and delivery conditions specified by the Seller.
3.2 The Seller is responsible for delivering the products to the address specified after the Buyer confirms the order. The delivery time and conditions are determined by the Seller.
3.3 During the product delivery, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to check whether the products are damaged or missing. In case of any damage or deficiency in the Contracted Product, the relevant product or products must be sent to the Seller within 7 days from the date of receipt by the Buyer to be returned under the warranty conditions, and the shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.
Price and Payment Terms
4.1 The prices and payment terms specified by the Seller have been accepted by the Buyer upon acceptance of this agreement. Payment transactions must be made using the methods specified by the Seller.
4.2 The delivery of products takes place after payment has been completed.
Right of Withdrawal
5.1 After receiving the product/goods, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason and without paying any penalty within 7 (seven) days. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is a requirement to notify the Seller in accordance with the legal provisions within this period.
5.2 In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal:
a) The product must be returned to the Seller or a third party with information provided by the Buyer.
b) Within the 7 (seven) day period, the product to be returned must be complete, undamaged, and include its box, packaging, standard accessories (if any), and any other products given as gifts together with the product.
c) If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product's price will be refunded to the Buyer in the same manner as the payment was made within 10 (ten) days following the receipt of the information.
d) When returning the product to the Seller, the original invoice provided to the Buyer during delivery must also be returned. The return shipping fee is covered by the Seller. The return section of the invoice will be filled out, signed by the Buyer, and returned together with the product.
e) The period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day the product is delivered to the Buyer.
f) In cases where any signs of opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, or other similar conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and the product cannot be returned in the same condition it was delivered to the Buyer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the price will not be refunded.
Right of Withdrawal Shall Not Apply in the Following Cases
a) Contracts related to goods/products or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the Seller or Provider.
b) Contracts related to goods/products prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
c) Contracts for the delivery of goods/products that can deteriorate quickly or have an expiry date.
d) Contracts for the delivery of goods/products with protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package opened after delivery, provided that they are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
e) Contracts related to books, cosmetics, and computer consumables presented in a material environment, provided that the packaging, tape, seal, or package has been opened after the delivery of the goods.
f) Contracts related to services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's approval before the right of withdrawal period expires.
Warranty
The Seller may specify that the products it sells are under warranty for a certain period subject to certain conditions. Information about the warranty terms and duration is provided with the product.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed by Turkish Law. In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Istanbul Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. In the event of electronic confirmation of the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this contract.
