RETURN AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Botego Milano Hair Care Cosmetics Industry and Trade Ltd. ("Seller") does its best to ensure the satisfaction of its customers. However, if you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased for any reason or wish to cancel your order, you can proceed in accordance with the following policy.
The right to cancel; after confirming the order, when you want to cancel the order, you must contact our customer service at 0850 969 01 13 to request the cancellation. For a cancellation request, your order must not have been processed yet. If your order has already been processed, the order cancellation will be processed as a return of the order/product.
Right of Return, You have the right to return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are unused and undamaged. Please follow the steps below for the return process.
Return Process
In the return process, all items you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery in their original packaging/box, unused, undamaged, with all accessories if available, and with the original invoice intact.
Returns of products with opened or damaged original packaging will not be accepted. Products that show signs of wear and tear due to normal use are not considered damaged or defective. Returns are not accepted for products that have had their hygiene properties compromised (products with broken vacuum/sealed packaging, rapid deterioration, single-use, or those that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons).
Approval of Returns
When the returned product or products reach us and it is determined that they comply with the return conditions and are undamaged, the return process is approved. Returns are accepted for Cosmetic and Personal Care Products if their packaging is unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
Before sending the product you want to return, please fill out the Return Form available on our online sales website, and send the product along with its invoice to the address below via the courier company we have an agreement with. The shipping cost for product returns is the responsibility of the Buyer.

After the returned products reach our company address, the return process is initiated within 48 hours, and the refunded amount will be reflected on your statement within 3-7 business days.
